How to Redeem Point Rewards
Earning Points you can start collecting points from every transaction you make. For every transaction worth IDR 200,000, you will earn 1 point. Additionally, you can complete extra missions available to earn bonus points. These missions come with time limits and varying point rewards, offering every user a personalized and enjoyable experience.
Redeeming Points that you have accumulated can be redeemed through the Transfez app in the Point Rewards section. You must ensure your points meet the minimum amount required to claim your desired reward. Here is a list of available rewards:

Changes to the Old Loyalty Points
To provide a better experience, the old Loyalty Points system will be replaced with Transfez Coins. The conversion rate is set at 1 Loyalty Point = 1 Coins.
If you still have a balance of Loyalty Points, don’t worry! You can use the balance in two ways:
- Using Transfez Coins to reduce transaction fees as before.
- Converting your Transfez Coins balance into Reward Points with an exchange rate of 500 Coins = 1 Reward Point.
What’s the difference between Transfez Coins and Reward Points?
- Reward Points can be redeemed for various exciting rewards from third parties (such as GoPay) or exclusive vouchers from Transfez.
- Transfez Coins can only be used to reduce transaction fees or exchanged for special vouchers for transactions on Transfez.
If you have any remaining old Loyalty Points, convert them soon, as Transfez Coins will be discontinued six months after the launch of Reward Points.
Manage Your Points More Easily
Every point you earn through transactions on Transfez has a specific validity period. You can easily find checkpoints expiring soon via the Point Rewards page in the Transfez app. Use your points before they expire to enjoy your accumulated benefits.
The same applies to the rewards you’ve successfully claimed. Be sure to redeem and utilize them before the specified time to ensure you don’t miss out on enjoying your rewards. It’s a simple step to make the most of your hard-earned benefits.
To ensure security and fairness, your earned points cannot be transferred to another account. This allows every user to fully enjoy the benefits of the Point Rewards system based on their efforts.
Our system automatically cancels the points earned if a transaction fails or is declined. This is done to maintain accuracy and transparency within our rewards system.
